Your best bet would be to take a class at your local Community College.

You can visit the following sites to get easy step-by-step tutorials on Photoshop:

The best according to me, free video tutorials on this site -http://www.watchandlearnphotoshop.com/index.php
Make sure you start from the introduction section.

A nice graphical site - http://www.pstut.com/

A little more good looking tutorial site - http://photoshoptutorials.ws/

You yourself can search for tutorials on Photoshop by simply searching at http://www.google.com.

Just type in the search bar photoshop tutorials, or easy photoshop tutorials or photoshop video tutorials, and so on.

Hope this helps.

To tell the truth, there is no easy way... Learning Photoshop is a bit like learning to fly a Cessna. There are sooo many things you can do with it, and the same Photoshop you by for a few hundred bucks is the same one that the very best pros use.

With a little training, anyone can get a Cessna off the ground and buzzing across the sky, but getting it to do much more than that takes a lot of learning.

If you haven't already made the purchase, first look into Elements. It still does so much at such a lower cost and the learning curve is easier on your mind.
