My cousin makes super amazing 3D renders and stuff using blender and iwant to start too. But if you know what blender is you probably know it's not the most simple thing. How / where should I start to learn about this program just to make simple cartoons

Blender is free and so are the manuals.
Just go to the Blender site and look for the links.
