How would I use paint or gimp to mass edit 100 pictures with

I need to use paint or gimp to mass edit 100 pictures with just a few clicks. Meaning, if I change the color in 1 picture, it would also change that spot in another picture. This is an animated picture, and they are all the same size. Thanks in advance!

BTW: please don't say photoshop. I don't have it and I don't have the money to get it.

You won't be able to do it in a few clicks. My advice is to go to the star button on the left (in paint) and highlight the sections you want to change. (you can edit the color, brightness, etc. )
