In Photoshop the Spot Healing Brush Tool is used to repair scratches and specs and stuff like that on images. It is commonly use in retouching images, to make a person a year more younger than he/she now, or making thing's more pleasing to the eyes. This tool works like the brush tool were you can also choose your cursor size.
