In making glowing line, 1st you must have to click the Pen tool in the tool box, 2nd click the path on the upper column tool, 3rd make a stroke whatever you want, 4th right click on the path and see the stroke path over it then click and choose what type of stroke path you want, but use the brush finally click OK and see...
