how many frames for a second in Blender 3d animation? - Theresa - 01-24-2011

Can anybody tell me how many frames it is for one seconds on the blender 3d program? Thanks!

Well for video you usually want around 24fps for a smooth running animation/video. You can try shaving a few fps off of that to save render times, but you have to be careful since the video will start getting choppy if it isn't refreshing fast enough.

It's 25 by default, but you can change the frames per seconds under the scenes tab.
