I don't know if the Lenovo Thinkpad Edge meets the system requirements to run Autodesk Maya 2011. Can you run Maya on a Thinkpad Edge, or doesn't it fill the requirements?

It doesn't meet the requirements. If it runs at all, which is still possible, it will run VERY poorly. If you want a ThinkPad, the W series will run Maya.
