Jahshaka Video editing software?

I not long ago saved Jahshaka training video touch-ups software, when i try and wide open it my partner and i get an error message, any help? I am running windows xp sp2.

What's this mistake message anyone get? People won't have the capacity to assist you to in the event you don't produce details.
