Well I got some pictures which are parts of a map and I need to join them together but I don't know how to do it. I have gimp paint and Microsoft picture manager. Pictures of how I can do it would help a lot.

Using the GIMP. . .
1) Create a new picture with the dimensions of the completed map.
2) For each piece, go to File<Open as layers and open each file individually, this will essentially create a puzzle setting for you to fit the map together in.
3) Use the Select tool to move the pieces around and put the map together.
