How do you open the layer toolbar on Gimp 2?

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages.

How do you open the layer toolbar on Gimp 2?

I recently downloaded the newer version of Gimp, which is Gimp 2.
But I can't find out how to open the layer toolbar so I can see all my layers.
Can someone help me with this?
