How do you color clear colored eyes on Gimp?
I know this person with clear colored eyes. Whenever I see them, I think clear before gray or blue. They're like blueish clear. I can't find a picture to describe them, lol. But how do I color them on Gimp?

create new layer,
select area with lasso tool, and fill with paint color,
or use brush and paint color,

then select mode for overlay options in layer toolbox,
overlay is one, you can use burn / dodge, addition and others to blend layers

select the iris were its clear and soleckt a cirle aria around it but make it a fuzzy boarder otherwize the sharp edges will create a forced look, and in the tools u can edid saturations and colores, but theres also anuther to ad hue of colors use a mix of these to keep hilights and shadows, u can also use this to change colore of hair, cloths, eyes and all look fairly natural

Not sure I know what you mean by "clear" coloured. Clear usually means transparent.
