then double click it and do the installation instruction

if you have internet access, yo can down load gimp from online site,
if not, you can use other computers to copy to usb memstick or cd, then copy to you computer,
unknown is laptop OS win/ apple/ linux, those may vary, win uses gtk , mac uses x11,
