Save it as a . gif.
First, go to Save As. The type in the file name along with the . gif extension. Then a pop-up should say "Save as Animation" or "Merge visible Layers" Click on Save as animation. Another pop-up should come up; this will set the speed for whatever your animation is.
Good luck!
